Yoshikane SAITO

Representative Director /

In 1997, Mr. Saito joined KPMG Tokyo, where he was engaged in statutory audits primarily for manufacturing and advertising companies, package audits for Japanese subsidiaries of foreign corporations, financial due diligence services, and self-assessment operations for financial institutions. Subsequently, he worked in in-house accounting roles at general corporations and conducted statutory audits for manufacturing and real estate companies at the Nihonbashi office of an audit firm. In 2006, he established Phoenix Accounting Group Co., Ltd., and has since been supporting the overseas expansion of Japanese companies.

Yuki Takaoka (TAKAOKA Yuki)

Labor & HR Consultant

Since 1980, he has been involved with Indonesia, first visiting the country in 1985. He relocated to Indonesia in 1994 and acquired Indonesian nationality in 2001. From September 1997 to August 2005, he was responsible for General Affairs, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, and Executive Secretary duties at Sanyo Electric Indonesia (manufacturing industry). From September 2005 to March 2013, he handled General Affairs, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, and Public Relations at Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia (manufacturing industry). From April 2013 to March 2021, he served in General Affairs, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, and Public Relations at Hitachi, Ltd.’s Indonesia Regional Headquarters (non-manufacturing industry). Since October 2021, he has been working as a JETRO Platform Coordinator. He has extensive experience in handling labor demonstrations and conducting direct negotiations with labor unions. His areas of expertise include reviewing work rules and collective labor agreements, as well as drafting internal company regulations.

Takeshi Nakao (NAKAO Takeshi)

Since 2005, he has worked at EY ShinNihon LLC, Osaka Office, where he has been engaged in financial statement audits, preparation of financial documents, and financial investigations, planning, and advisory services. Through 19 years of experience at an audit firm, he has gained in-depth knowledge of the audit quality standards required by major audit firms. He has conducted audits for a wide range of companies, from pre-IPO companies to global enterprises, and also provides consulting services on internal control systems based on a deep understanding of each client’s business operations. He has extensive expertise in accounting and taxation for cross-border transactions, PMI (Post-Merger Integration), and transfer pricing taxation. From October 2020 to October 2023, he was seconded overseas to EY Thailand. In July 2025, he joined the Phoenix Accounting Group and is currently stationed in Indonesia, providing support to Japanese companies operating in Indonesia.
